Damaged Or Defective Items
- Upon delivery, if the product is damaged or defective please reach out to us within seven days of delivery @greengrottoessentials@gmail.
com for assistance. Please include photos of the damage or the issue to assist with the replacement. Damages and defects are considered to be broken candle upon delivery and wick will not light.
